Dustyn Mutka
Founder & CEO
Dustyn Mutka was born and raised in Northwest Indiana, specifically Gary. Although he moved around much of his childhood, he still calls Gary, Indiana his home. Since moving from the region, as many from that area call it, he has gone on to complete a 4-year Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 2 calendar years all while working a full-time job and taking care of a pregnant wife during that time.
Since the start of his journey into accounting, he has had the opportunity to work and learn under individuals with decades of accounting experience. This experience includes working under the head of the accounting department for the European division of McDonald's. In the 2 1/2 years proceeding his graduation, he was able to go from an entry-level accounting clerk to an assistant controller of the business that was in hyper-growth mode.
He has had the opportunity to not only widen his accounting abilities but has also had the opportunity to put together financial reports for the executive management of a $30 million business, as well as advise the president and CEO/owner of that same organization.
