We are moving to a home out of state and needed to confirm our floor covering choice. We stopped by and told the staff our dilemma. The gentleman immediately and cheerfully assisted us by cross referencing conflicting manufacturer sample names and identifying the exact sample. He patiently and thoroughly explained its attributes and gave us good feed back as to its appearance over a large flooring area. We were very impressed by the attitude and expertise of the staff at Ruggieri. Treating a clearly non-purchasing consumer with such courtesy speaks well for the customer service a purchasing patron will experience. We had a big job- 2 large bedrooms, 2 walk-in closets, a 3rd closet, hallway, and stairway all done in wall-to-wall pet friendly carpet with pad. The installers, Al & Joe, worked the entire day, with rarely a break, pleasant all the time, and got the job done in amazing time. It looks great! And the carpet we chose we love- it is soft, comfortable, elegant, and durable. We especially like that it is pet friendly. Our experience with Ruggieri's from the beginning- sales with Diane, the staff, and installation were all exceptional. Thank you!
