The Back Behind is a great BBQ joint near Killington and a must-visit for dinner after a great day skiing. The place is warm and cozy, and the bar is staffed with fun and friendly locals serving local VT beer. It always seems like Christmas Eve in here. The food is very strong. Must-haves include the pulled pork, brisket, and any of the pulled pork sandwiches. The Atlantic salmon is also strong. I absolutely love the staff.

Decent BBQ in a cozy/kitchy environment that's pretty fun the more you soak in. The wait is a little slow. Pulled pork was slightly dry, but the BBQ sauce made up for that. Huge portions, go hungry!
